This policy explains how InvoiceMaple (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use invoicemaple.com.

Your invoices stay on your device

The invoice, receipt and quote generators run entirely in your web browser. The details you type, including client names, amounts and your logo, are not sent to or stored on our servers. To save you time, your own business details (name, address, logo, currency, tax rate and accent color) and your document number counter are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, in order to deliver and protect the site. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are used.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info. InvoiceMaple is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
